I am a proud born and raised New Mexican and an Albuquerque Public Schools’ graduate. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico in 2010. I also hold a Master’s of Science degree in Education with a focus on Integrating Technology from Walden University, earned in 2014, as well as a Principal Certification from Lamar, a Texas State University. I have been employed with Albuquerque Public Schools for nine years, where I have taught fourth and fifth grades, as well as Technology at Sandia Base Elementary and Janet Kahn School of Integrated Arts.
