Karen’s passion for student learning, student engagement, and technology integration to support all students began many years ago when she dreamed of programming computers for educational purposes. Technology has changed, careers have changed, but that passion still exists for Karen. She has spent 11 years in the classroom sharing technology tools and tricks with her colleagues and students, but now as Moriarty Edgewood School District’s newest Ed Tech Specialist she is able to share and support staff and students across her district. Karen is a Google for Education Certified Educator-Level 2 and is pursuing her Google for Education Trainer Certification.
